Certified Nutrition Specialist

I’m a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist, trauma-informed health coach, yoga teacher, and ThetaHealer based in Dallas who works with clients virtually. Over the last 8 years, I have learned about the power that we hold every day to prevent disease and chronic illness. We have the option to make nutritious (and delicious) choices for our meals, to move our bodies, engage in stress management techniques, and prioritize sleep. I also acknowledge that we are all extremely busy and have a lot more on our plate (pun-intended) than just focusing on nutrition and wellness, and that’s why I am here. I can help you discover small changes to make in your daily routine to optimize your health, provide you with nutrient-dense recipes and customized meal plans, and give you information that’s easy to digest from top researchers, authors, and professionals.
