I created Connecting the Dots because I believe people need to know all the different ways that they can achieve health and wellness in our fast-paced society. We have been conditioned to think that the Standard American Diet is good for our bodies and that Western medicine is the only answer when we are sick. However, in Connecting the Dots, I explore problems with the Standard American Diet and holistic solutions to take back your health like nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditation, yoga, herbs, and more!
I made a lot of intentional changes for Season 2 of Connecting the Dots, including adding a second host, Melissa Chammas. Melissa is a certified yoga instructor, Reiki 1 practitioner, and to pay the bills, she works at a bank as a VP in third party risk management. Our goal for the show is to redefine what the term “healthy” means by teaching our listeners how to connect the dots between different areas of our well-being, while empowering them to take their health into their own hands.
