I created Connecting the Dots because I believe people need to know all the different ways that they can achieve health and wellness in our fast-paced society. We have been conditioned to think that illness is inevitable and Western medicine is the only answer when we are sick.
However, after years of education, certifications, and chatting with dozens of professionals, I’ve learned that there are many different areas of wellness that contribute to how we feel physically and emotionally. These areas include nutrition, supplements, sleep, mindfulness, movement, belief work, stress management, and so much more.
