Working with Kathlyn has been truly amazing and so unbelievably helpful! I worked with Kathlyn during pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy. As someone who has experienced hormonal imbalances due to thyroid issues, I loved working with her to find healthy alternatives / remedies for my symptoms as well as prepare/ assist my body for and during pregnancy. The meal plans were so thought out and completely doable / sustainable and super yummy.
