I absolutely love making smoothie bowls for breakfast on the weekends when it I have a little more time to relax, and there is no way to beat the heat than delicious and nutritious bowls! Below you will find 3 of my favorite smoothie bowls recipes. All you need is a blender, two spoons, and two bowls (or one big bowl)! Make sure to only blend until your ingredients are combined so that the smoothie stays thick. Enjoy and stay cool!
1. Gail’s Summer Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 2
Ingredients for Smoothie:
- ½ cup of frozen organic mango
- ½ cup of frozen organic pineapple
- ½ organic orange
- ½ cup coconut water
Toppings:
- 4 chopped organic dates
- 1 spoonful of pumpkin seeds
- 1 spoonful of shredded coconut
- 1 spoonful of granola
- 1 spoonful of organic wild blueberries
2. Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 2
Ingredients for Smoothie:
- ¼ cup frozen organic strawberries
- ¼ cup frozen organic blueberries
- ½ organic banana
- ½ cup frozen organic kale
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup coconut water
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 handful of Brazil nuts
- ¼ cup ice

- ½ organic banana
- ½ cup chopped fresh coconut
3. Wow Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 2
Ingredients for Smoothie:
- 1 frozen organic banana
- ½ organic avocado
- 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup organic oat milk
