If you follow me on Instagram, you read my response to Gwyneth Paltrow’s recent “wellness” routine. She talked about:
- Eating foods in the morning that won’t spike her blood sugar (but only states that she drinks coffee — which alone does spike blood sugar)
- Drinking bone broth for lunch
- Eating paleo for dinner (but only states that she has lots of veggies for detox)
I understand that this is one short clip taken out of context of a full podcast interview, but this is not wellness advice. I wanted to share what a full day of eating well could look like while having a cup of coffee, drinking bone broth, and eating paleo with lots of veggies. I tried to accommodate a wide range of preferences by including paleo, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan options!
