Working with Kathlyn helped shifted our relationship with food from a calorie adverse focus to an overall health and energy based approach. She took the time to understand our likes and dislikes, provided plans full of diverse foods and supplements, and regularly checked in on our progress. We would highly recommend working with Kathlyn to anyone who is looking for a hands-on nutritionist who will put the type of care into your program as if you’re her only client. 10/10 experience!

As someone who has experienced hormonal imbalances due to thyroid issues, I loved working with her to find healthy alternatives / remedies for my symptoms as well as prepare/ assist my body for and during pregnancy. The meal plans were so thought out and completely doable / sustainable and super yummy. She even edited them when I was having aversions to foods and supplemented items to make sure I was getting all the nutrients I needed. I couldn’t recommend her services more!!
