Kathlyn’s online tool is super easy to navigate, and it’s your one stop shop for all the information she shares with you during your sessions. Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Working with Kathlyn has been truly amazing and so unbelievably helpful! I worked with Kathlyn during pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy. As someone who has experienced hormonal imbalances due to thyroid issues, I loved working with her to find healthy alternatives / remedies for my symptoms as well as prepare/ assist my body for and during pregnancy. The meal plans were so thought out and completely doable / sustainable and super yummy. She even edited them when I was having aversions to foods and supplemented items to make sure I was getting all the nutrients I needed. I couldn’t recommend her services more!!
